The games are free, and provided "as is"

Everything here is free to play for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. The site and games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time — they're a work in progress and marked beta.

What you can do

• Play the games as much as you like, on your own devices.
• Share links to the site and share your scores and screenshots.

What you shouldn't do

• Don't copy, redistribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the games, code, artwork, characters, or the Gameplay Giraffes name for your own commercial use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or interfere with the site or other people's use of it.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The games, source code, artwork, animations, the giraffe and other characters, and the Gameplay Giraffes name and branding are the property of Gameplay Giraffes and are protected by copyright and other rights. Your scores and local game data, of course, are yours — and they stay on your device (see our Privacy Policy).

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as YouTube and social media. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites; following a link is at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gameplay Giraffes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or its games. You use the site at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
